Spanning almost 20 years, Lila’s career has taken her from Journalist of industry publications to Art Director of an Australian pop culture magazine to launching her own branding and editorial studio, Muse Muse, in 2013. In 2017 Lila founded This is Paradiso, a custom publishing house. The first in-house title, Paradiso, is a creative street press magazine celebrating creativity and inspiration found around the world. Following on the success of this bi-monthly magazine, Take Away was launched in 2019 – part coffee table book part magazine part guide book. Lila sees the success of her titles in the creative community that builds with each issue through engaged audiences, talented contributors and industry partners. And now joining the publishing family is Moi, an exciting new publication exploring pleasure that has been three very passionate and determined years in the making. Pleasure is our right.

What does pleasure mean to you?
Pleasure is expansive. It’s a diverse spectrum of moments and experiences that light you up, making your whole world glow. It’s a thought-provoking film; a moan-inducing meal; the lingering touch of a lover; or a banger of a song that you know word for word. Pleasure is our right, to be experienced wholeheartedly, without shame or guilt, alone or with others, and as often as we damn well want it.
